Their feet were bound tightly with cloth strips, with the toes bent down under the sole of the foot, and the foot tied front-to-back so that they grew into an exaggerated high curve. This tradition symbolized a girl's willingness to obey, just as it limited the mobility and power of females, kept women subordinate to men, and increased the differences between the sexes.                                    JUST SAY!!              When mistakes turned into lessons And loads of regret in heart,  Too hard to express the hidden pain Emotions pouring down in form of rain Listen the voice of the soul,  Give them time to heal with love Help them to regain their lost smile Hold it there and Just say, It's okay!! When it comes back to you,  If you get lost in your own story Turn the page and give it a new beginning As it's never too late to rise again.  Replace negativity with optimism  And try to be a change.  If you feel sorry for youself,  Hold it there and just say, It's okay!!
